This policy explains what information Mizani Labs collects through this website, why, and what you can do about it.
What I collect
- What you send me. When you fill in the form or book a call, I receive what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number if you give it, and your answers.
- Technical details. Like every website, this one receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. The host uses these to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
How I use it
- To reply to you, prepare for our call and send you a quote.
- To keep the site working and protect it from spam and abuse.
I don't sell your personal information for money.
Who helps me
These services handle information on my behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this site, blocks spam on the form (Turnstile) and delivers the form to my inbox (Email Routing). It processes your IP address and browser details to do this. Their privacy policy.
- Notion stores your answers in my client list. Their privacy policy.
- Google runs my email inbox and calendar, and Google Meet if you pick a video call. Their privacy policy.
- Cal.com runs the booking calendar, and receives what you enter when you book a call. Their privacy policy.
- CallMeBot sends me a WhatsApp alert with your business name and the package you picked, or your call time. It does not receive your name, email or phone number. Their privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep your answers for as long as I need them to work with you, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what information I hold about you, or ask me to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under local law. Email bkileo@mizanilabs.com and I'll reply within 30 days.
Children
This site is not aimed at children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If I change this policy, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
